Common use of Personnel Selection Leave Clause in Contracts

Personnel Selection Leave. Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position on Parliament Hill or the Public Service (National Capital Region), the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee’s presence is required for purposes of the selection process.
