Personnel Selection Leave. Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the appeal process where applicable, for a position in the Canadian Food Inspection Agency or for positions in other Agencies or Departments, (as defined in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act), the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where the employee’s presence is required.
