PERSONS/POSITIONS OUTSIDE THE BARGAINING UNIT. 34.01 Where a member of the Bargaining Unit successfully applies for a vacant position or a term position outside the Bargaining Unit, the Employer shall notify the Bargaining Unit of the employees' name and the date that the employee will commence duties in the new position.
