Pertinent Witnesses and Information. Either the Labor Council or Employer may request the production of specific documents, books, papers, or witnesses reasonably available from the Labor Council or the Employer and substantially pertinent to the grievance under consideration. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied, and if granted shall be in conformance with applicable laws and rules issued pursuant thereto governing the dissemination of such materials.
