Pertinent Witnesses and Information. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the Employer or the Union may request access to witnesses and specific non-privileged documents and other information that is reasonably available and pertinent to the grievance under consideration. Such requests shall be considered at Step 3 and will not be unreasonably denied, and when granted will be in accordance with applicable laws and rules issued pursuant thereto governing the dissemination of such materials.
