LOT OVERVIEW This Contract encompasses the Lots listed in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. The following descriptions, as applicable, delineate the scope of the awarded Lots.
Agreement Overview This SLA operates in conjunction with, and does not supersede or replace any part of, the Agreement. It outlines the information technology service levels that we will provide to you to ensure the availability of the application services that you have requested us to provide. All other support services are documented in the Support Call Process.
Project Overview The Statement of Work (SOW) documents the Project Scope, methodology, roles and responsibilities, implementation Stages, and deliverables for the implementation of Tyler products. The Project goals are to offer City of Xxxxx Creek, GA the opportunity to make the City more accessible and responsive to external and internal customer needs and more efficient in its operations through: Streamlining, automating, and integrating business processes and practices Providing tools to produce and access information in a real‐time environment Enabling and empowering users to become more efficient, productive and responsive Successfully overcoming current challenges and meeting future goals
Petition for Reinstatement An employee who has received a separation notice in accordance with Section 27.3, above, may petition the Employer in writing to consider reinstatement. The employee must provide proof that the absence was involuntary or unavoidable. The petition must be received by the Employer or postmarked within seven (7) calendar days after the separation notice was deposited in the United States mail.
Overview (a) The Employer is committed to maintaining a stable and skilled workforce, recognising its contribution to the operation of the Employer. As such, full time direct and ongoing employment is a guiding principle of this Agreement.
Program Overview A. Goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. The Choice Neighborhoods Program employs a comprehensive approach to neighborhood transformation. The program transforms neighborhoods of concentrated poverty into mixed-income neighborhoods of long-term viability by revitalizing severely distressed public and/or assisted housing; improving access to economic opportunities; and investing and leveraging investments in well-functioning services, effective schools and education programs, public assets, public transportation, and improved access to jobs. Choice Neighborhoods ensures that current residents benefit from this transformation by preserving affordable housing in the neighborhood or providing the choice to move to affordable housing in another neighborhood of opportunity. The purpose of this grant is to implement a Transformation Plan that has been developed through a local planning process and furthers the goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. Service Overview Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) the services described herein.
Assistance in Litigation or Administrative Proceedings Covered Entity shall provide written notice to Business Associate if litigation or administrative proceeding is commenced against Covered Entity, its directors, officers, or employees, based on a claimed violation by Business Associate of HIPAA, the HIPAA Rules or other laws relating to security and privacy or PHI. Upon receipt of such notice and to the extent requested by Covered Entity, Business Associate shall, and shall cause its employees, Subcontractors, or agents assisting Business Associate in the performance of its obligations under the Contract to, assist Covered Entity in the defense of such litigation or proceedings. Business Associate shall, and shall cause its employees, Subcontractor’s and agents to, provide assistance, to Covered Entity, which may include testifying as a witness at such proceedings. Business Associate or any of its employees, Subcontractors or agents shall not be required to provide such assistance if Business Associate is a named adverse party.
Extension for Foreclosure Proceedings If (a) it is necessary for the Financing Provider to have possession of the Project (as defined in the Assigned Agreement) in order for Financing Provider to cure an Event of Default which is Capable of Being Cured, as defined in Section 3.2(b), and (b) Financing Provider commences foreclosure proceedings against Seller within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving Notice of an Event of Default from PG&E or Seller, whichever is received first, then Financing Provider shall be allowed an additional period to complete such foreclosure proceedings, such period not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days; provided, however, that Financing Provider shall provide a Notice to PG&E that it intends to commence foreclosure proceedings with respect to Seller within ten (10) calendar days of receiving a Notice of such Event of Default from PG&E or Seller, whichever is received first. In the event Financing Provider or its designated Permitted Transferee succeeds to Seller’s interest in the Project as a result of foreclosure proceedings, the Financing Provider or Permitted Transferee shall be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of this Consent and Agreement.
Allegations 1. In 2015, sales of generic pharmaceuticals in the United States were estimated at $74.5 billion dollars. Today, the generic pharmaceutical industry accounts for approximately 88% of all prescriptions written in the United States.
