Administr ation Goals. The primary goals for the administrative staff are to: • Provide for efficient and responsible supervision, implementation, evaluation and improvement of the instructional program, consistent with the policies established by the Board of Directors; • Provide effective and responsive communication with staff, students, parents/legal guardians, Board members, and other citizens; • Xxxxxx staff initiative and rapport. • Manage non-instructional aspects of school (i.e. budget, finance, facilities, transportation, admissions, etc. • Conduct actions in accordance with state and federal laws and the regulations of the Idaho State Department of Education and the State Board of Education. • Administrative staff will conduct their business in accordance with Board policy and the School Director’s rules and procedures.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies.
