Your Prescription Medication coverage includes outpatient medications (including certain contraceptives) that require a prescription, are prescribed by your AvMed Physician in accordance with AvMed’s Coverage Criteria, and are filled at an AvMed Participating Pharmacy. AvMed reserves the right to make changes in Coverage Criteria for covered products and services.
