Phase-out of Microgaming games Sample Clauses

Phase-out of Microgaming games. As of 29 November 2022, the Organiser phases out Microgaming games that have already been made unavailable. For the phased-out games, the Organiser keeps a record of any prizes not received. Non-received prizes will be those winnings in Microgaming games which have not been paid out by the Organiser because the winning Players have failed to comply with their data disclosure obligations (in particular: failed to provide their tax identification number). On 29 November 2022, the Organiser exports from the BO all unclaimed prizes registered in relation to Microgaming games, subject to the taking records. The Organiser stores this file in electronically signed pdf format. This file is going to be the primary source for all data on non-received winnings in Microgaming games. The Organiser will, in order to be able to transfer to the Players the prizes registered as non-received winnings, once again request the Players to comply with their data disclosure obligations (in particular: to provide their tax identification number) within 8 days until 31 December 2022. Players may claim their prizes from the Organiser during the five-year limitation period, following the date on which the relevant prize was won in the relevant Microgaming game. The amount of any prizes to which the players are entitled but which have not been received must be declared by the Organiser as gaming tax and paid to the central budget by the 20th day of the month following the month in which the limitation period expires without result.
