Philosophy of Support and Care. 10.1.1 The Provider will ensure that where 24 hour Support and Care is required as part of a Care Managers Care Plan and Positive Behaviour Support Plan, then on a 24 hour basis it must meet its responsibilities under this Agreement by delivering Support and Care according to need. The Provider must therefore ensure that adequate Staff (including, if required supervisory Staff) are made available to deliver support on a 24 hour basis according to the assessed needs of Service Users and to above the minimum standards required by this Agreement.

  • Support and Services ISD and HC agree to the following conditions:

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Information and Support The NTO shall obtain from the ISO, and the ISO shall provide to the NTO, the necessary information and support services to comply with their obligations under this Article.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
