Physician Hands-on Training. Endobronchial Valve‌ All site Investigators will be trained on an anatomical bronchial model that simulates the clinical experience of using the EBV. After instruction from a qualified Pulmonx trainer and passing the training program evaluation, the physician will demonstrate successful placements as well as successful removals of valves using the bronchial model.

Physician Hands-on Training. Chartis Assessment System‌ All site Investigators will be trained on the Chartis Assessment System using an anatomical bronchial model that simulates the clinical experience of using the Chartis System. After instruction from a qualified Pulmonx trainer, the physician will demonstrate successful catheter placements to simulate isolation of the discrete lung lobes. The Investigator will also be trained to determine CV status for a series of sample assessments to demonstrate accurate interpretation.‌

  • Union Training Conditional upon prior approval of the course content and upon receipt of certification of completion, if the employee is an elected official or xxxxxxx of the Union, the City shall reimburse the employee for up to one-half of his or her regular work time spent in such training at the employee's permanent rate of pay, not to exceed twenty (20) hours of paid leave in a calendar year.

  • Cross Training (a) The parties recognize the importance of cross training to ensure that employees are properly trained for backup and for promotions.   • Covered Persons Training All Covered Persons shall receive at least three hours of training during the first Reporting Period. Training may be completed in-person or online.
