PICKET LINE PROTECTION. 1. All teachers covered under this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross or work behind a picket line unless the same is declared illegal by the Labour Relations Board or the Courts. Failure to cross such picket line shall not be considered a violation of this agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action by the Board.
