PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 5.1 The Executive’s normal place of work shall be the Company’s premises at Xxxx 00, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx or at any other location within the United Kingdom that may be agreed with the Executive.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 5.1 The Executive acknowledges that the Company carries out its operations from its various offices including its registered offices in the Isle of Man, where the Board often meets, as well as the Company’s subsidiaries’ offices in Mumbai, London, New Jersey and Singapore amongst other locations.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 5.1 The Executive acknowledges that the Company carries out its operations mainly from Dubai and has group companies in various locations including Mumbai, London, New Jersey and Singapore amongst other locations.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 6.1 The Executive shall perform his duties at the offices of the Company from time to time. Currently the offices are at Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx XX00 0XX.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 3.1 Your duties shall be initially carried out at the office premises currently located in Warrington at Cxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx XX0 0XX. Magic4 reserves the right to require you to work at any other location within the UK or abroad should the needs of its business require, provided that you will be entitled to relocation assistance in accordance with Openwave’s policy’s for executives of your seniority.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 4.1 The nature of your work requires you to operate from your home address and you will be required to travel on Company business from your home address to project sites (“Sites”) within the UK or abroad as required for the proper performance of your duties. Each of these Sites will become your temporary workplace for the duration of that project.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 6.1 The Executive shall perform his duties at his home address from time to time unless the Company sets up offices, in which case the Company may require him to perform his duties at the Company’s offices (provided it is acting reasonably towards the Executive in these circumstances).
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. (a) The Executive shall serve the Company or, as the case may be, any Associated Company, at such place or places within the United Kingdom or outside the United Kingdom as the Company may from time to time require.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 6.1 Your normal place of work is the Company’s registered office, or any other place of business which the Company may reasonably require from time to time. It is likely that you will work for at least some of the term of your employment with the Company from your home address and you agree to do so if instructed.
PLACE OF WORK AND TRAVEL. 6.1 You shall perform your duties at the offices of the Company or the offices of other subsidiaries of PTC as the role may demand from time to time or elsewhere as the Company may reasonably require. Your initial office location shall be in Farnborough, however it is recognised by both parties that your role will require you to spend a considerable part of your time away from this office.
