Common use of Plan Review Clause in Contracts

Plan Review. Grantee must submit project design drawings and cost estimates (if available) to SANDAG for review and comment at 30 percent, 60 percent, 90 percent, and 100 percent. SANDAG staff may meet with the Grantee to comment on submitted plans and assure substantial conformance. SANDAG may comment on submitted plans regarding: • Whether they are consistent with the Project proposed in the original grant application, and • Consistency with accepted pedestrian/bicycle facility and smart growth design standards.
