Common use of Plant Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Plant Maintenance. A. All plant material shall be maintained as needed to prevent obstruction as well as possible safety concerns to vehicles, pedestrians and/or the general public. Shrubs shall be maintained to create adequate line-of-sight vision for vehicles where applicable. All vegetation shall be maintained in such a manner as to eliminate over growth beyond its designated parameter and/or encroachment onto sidewalks or curbs. Keep plants located adjacent to sidewalks at a maximum height of three (3) feet and pruned back one (1) foot from edge of sidewalk.
