Platform Approval. Stripe must approve your use of the Stripe Issuing Platform Services. As a condition of its approval, Stripe may require you to provide User Information, and information about your activities and intended use of the Stripe Issuing Platform Services. This information may be separate from or in addition to information you previously provided to Stripe in connection with other Services. You must promptly provide information related to your use of the Stripe Issuing Program that Stripe requests from time to time.
Platform Approval. Section 2.8 (Platform Approval) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following, with additions to the original text in underline (other than terms being defined and headings, which are always underlined), and deletions from the original text in strikethrough: “Platform Approval. After Leyou has accepted the Closed Beta Version of the Game pursuant to Milestone 18 - Closed Beta has passed the review process set forth in Section 2.7 (Review of Services and Deliverable Items) above, Leyou will promptly submit such Milestone 18 - Closed Beta Version to the Platform for review by the Platform and Leyou will advise Contractor of the date of such submission. If the Platform rejects Milestone 18 - Closed Beta the Closed Beta Version for failure to comply with the Platform’s certification requirements, Leyou will promptly provide Contractor with notice of such rejection or suspension and provide Contractor with all feedback provided by the Platform with respect to the rejected or suspended Milestone 18 - Closed Beta Closed Beta Version, and Contractor will have the opportunity to modify and resubmit such Milestone 18 - Closed Beta Closed Beta Version to Leyou, which Leyou will review and determine whether it conforms to the Platform’s certification requirement prior to resubmitting to the Platform.
