Trip Charge. (a) State Toll Co may levy a Trip Charge in relation to each Trip, each category of Vehicle and each Quarter from and including the Quarter in which the Date of Tolling Commencement occurs, calculated in accordance with section 5.3(b).
(b) A Trip Charge for a Trip, a category of Vehicle and a Quarter is calculated as follows: Trip Chargeq = Flag Fallq + Toll Chargesq where: Flag Fallq = the Flag Fall for the Quarter; and Toll Chargesq = the sum of the Toll Charges for the category of Vehicle, the Quarter and each Toll Zone forming part of the Trip.
(c) State Toll Co may levy a Trip Charge for use of a Vehicle in a Toll Zone which is less than the Trip Charge able to be levied under section 5.3(a) (whether by way of one or more discounted Toll Charges, a discounted Flag Fall, or both) provided that such discount:
(i) is offered to all Vehicles in the same category as that Vehicle;
(ii) is offered in relation to travel at a particular time (for example over weekends, public holidays or off-peak times); and
(iii) has been notified by State Toll Co at the same time and in the same manner as notification of the then applicable Toll Charges and Flag Fall under section 5.5(a).
Trip Charge. If the round trip exceeds round trip mileage provided in Exhibit C - Non-cost factors, the bidder then may impose trip charge for the exceeding miles. For example, if the contractor will travel 100 miles round trip, but the customer is 70 miles away one way (round trip is 140 miles) the contractor may impose trip charge for the 40 miles. The customer must be informed of the trip charge at the time the appointment is made, and the customer must agree to that charge. In no case shall trip/travel charges exceed Washington State’s Office of Financial Management mileage reimbursement rate or per diem schedule for the locality. Current rates are available here.
Trip Charge. An employee who is sent to install one add-on will receive a trip charge in the amount of $15.
Trip Charge. If Owner’s property goes 5 or more days without having a rental, Agent will go and inspect the property to check for water leaks, loss of heat, break-ins, Etc. There will be a flat fee of $65 for properties within a 10-mile radius. Agent is not responsible for damages that may occur between inspections.
Trip Charge. During normal delivery hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Contractor’s truck, upon arrival, shall be admitted to the delivery site without delay. If the Contractor attempts to deliver fuel to a delivery site and is not admitted to the delivery site for reasons caused by the ordering agency the Contractor shall be paid a trip charge fee. Trip charge time shall be invoiced separately and supported by appropriate documentation (agreed upon delivery time, delivery logs, contact names, etc.). A trip charge fee invoice must accompany the fuel invoice for payment of trip charge fee. The trip charge shall not exceed $250.00 per delivery.
Trip Charge. All contracts over 35 miles from our Fox Lake location are subject to an additional $20 trip charge per visit.
Trip Charge. A trip charge shall apply when the CONTRACTOR is required to leave the CONTRACTOR'S facility to repair a pump at a location other than the CONTRACTOR’S facility. The trip charge shall be round trip.
Trip Charge. If the dumpster is not ready or able to be pickedup at the scheduled time, a trip charge will be applied.
Trip Charge. If a repair person is unable to access the Property after making arrangements with Tenant to complete the repair, Tenant will pay any trip charge the repair person may charge, which amount may be different from the amount stated in Paragraph 2.2C.
Trip Charge. If City or customer fails to provide safe and unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled collection day, Contractor will charge City or customer a trip charge as indicated on Exhibit "A".
