Platform Fees definition

Platform Fees means fixed Fee(s) for accessing the applicable Service each Billing Period.
Platform Fees means the fees that are payable by you to the Platform Provider under the Platform Agreement.
Platform Fees means the recurring fees due for the Platform Services ordered by Customer via the Order Form as set forth in this Agreement.

  • The ICR refers to the management costs that were not paid directly out of your account (for example MDA Service Fees and Platform Fees) but were paid from the MDA service assets over the relevant financial year, expressed as a percentage of the average net asset value of the MDA service.

More Definitions of Platform Fees

Platform Fees means the Platform Subscription Fees and any applicable Additional Fees
Platform Fees means the amounts payable by Client to Decipher plus applicable Taxes in consideration for the Usage, such amounts being set out in the Agreement. Platform Fees are determined by the number of Qualified Completes purchased and is not based on actual usage.
