Plats. (a) Ensure all street names which appear on the plat were preapproved in accordance with

(d) Furnish COUNTY a map or plat which prominently displayed street names and address numbers within 10 business of the finalization of address assignments.

Plats. In the event that this Agreement is still in full force and effect and all or any portion of the Purchaser Parcel is platted after the date hereof, any such plat of the Purchaser Parcel shall reference this Agreement and the Easement granted herein.

The Landlord agrees that it will join in any plats or replats of the Property, provided that the Landlord incurs no liability by reason of such joinder in plats or replats and the request is reasonable and customary in retail development. Such joinder in plats, replats or easements or dedications will be done by the Landlord promptly upon request by the Tenant.
Plats. If a subdivision plat is submitted to City Engineering and it contains an original security, the original security document will need to be transmitted by City Engineering Staff to the City Clerk’s Office and a copy remains with the subdivision plat.
