Player Membership. Player Members are Members of the Club who play in more than two matches for any Club team during any given season. As noted above, Player Members receive all the benefits of Social Membership. In addition to Social Membership benefits, Player Members receive: • Professionally coached, twice weekly trainings sessions during Fall & Spring seasons • Professionally coached, weekly training sessions over the winter • Opportunity to compete weekly for playing time during Fall & Spring games • Accident and liability coverage for injuries incurred during play • Team uniform equipment, including game shorts, game socks and training jerseys

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.

  • Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. If the employee is the subject of investigation, the employee will also be informed of the specifics of each complaint or allegation against him/her.

  • Transfer of Membership Interest The Sole Member may Transfer any part or all of its rights and interest (including, but not limited to, its Capital Account) in the Company (each a “Membership Interest”) now owned or hereafter acquired to any Person, and the transferee of such Membership Interest shall become a Member of the Company.
