Playoff Fees. If, in any Contract Year during the Term, the Team plays in any post season playoff game, including any play-in, first round, conference semi-finals, conference finals, or NBA Finals game (each a “Playoff Game” and collectively, the “Playoffs”), to the extent that the Magic Parties have the necessary rights to grant the Benefits identified with an asterisk on Exhibits A-1 and A-2 for Playoff Games, Sponsor will be obligated to purchase such Benefits for each Playoff Game and Sponsor shall pay the Magic an additional fee based on a pro-ration of the Annual Fee, with a ten percent (10%) escalator per round, applicable during the then current Contract Year as determined by the Magic Parties’ internal line item accounting values as set forth in the Magic Parties’ standard rate card for such Benefits during each Playoff Game; provided, however, that the costs of Playoff Game tickets shall be based upon the generally applicable price of such tickets. Any fees payable to the Magic Parties pursuant to this Section 4(b) shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for such fees.

Playoff Fees. Minor league playoff fees for each playoff game worked in the AHL shall be $1,050 for referees and $600 for linesmen. Standby fees shall be $150 per game for the AHL Conference Finals and Final. For any minor league playoff assignments other than in the AHL, the playoff fee will be as negotiated as between the NHL and the Association.

  • Residence Fees The Resident must pay the “Residence Fees” in accordance with the Rates and Payment Schedules detailed in Table 4 for the right to occupy a Room during the Term. Tables 2, 3 and 4 also detail additional Fees that the Resident is subject to, including the cost of Extended Terms. If a hard copy of this Agreement is required by the Manager, the Resident is required to select one of the payment schedule options, by initialing their desired option.

If Registry Operator fails to pay any fee by the due date(s), the Escrow Agent will give ICANN written notice of such non-­‐payment and ICANN may pay the past-­‐due fee(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the written notice from Escrow Agent. Upon payment of the past-­‐due fees by ICANN, ICANN shall have a claim for such amount against Registry Operator, which Registry Operator shall be required to submit to ICANN together with the next fee payment due under the Registry Agreement.
