Residence Fees definition

Residence Fees. Means the charges for your occupation of the Accommodation as stated in the Agreement Summary
Residence Fees are the fees and deposits set out in Schedule C for use of Accommodation and for meal plans;

Examples of Residence Fees in a sentence

  • All costs and fees associated with the mandatory Summer Meal Plan are included in the Residence Fees paid to Residence Services upon acceptance of a room offer.

  • Residents who are evicted due to failure to pay Residence Fees, assessments, damages or monies owed to Residence when due; and residents who are evicted due to ineligibility may not appeal their eviction.

  • Prior to moving into your Accommodation you must: Provide payment of the applicable Residence Fees by the due date indicated in your emailed room offer and in Schedule B of this Contract.

  • You agree to pay the applicable Residence Fees (which include utilities and ResNet) by or on the due date as indicated in your room offer.

  • There will be no compensation or reduction to your Residence Fees due to disruption and/or relocation.


More Definitions of Residence Fees

Residence Fees mean the residence fees applicable to your accommodation, as set out in Appendix IV. For greater certainty, your meal plan fees are paid separately to a third-party meal plan provider and are owed in addition to your Residence Fees.
Residence Fees means the fees payable by the Licensee as recorded in the Residence Fees Payment Table.
Residence Fees means all of the Licence Charges due to the Association over the duration of the Agreement.
Residence Fees means the charges of your occupation of the Accommodation as specified in section 3, 4 and 5 on page 2 of the schedule your offer letter.
