Please provide evidence of how you will ensure that the workshops are accessible to organisations throughout England and Wales. Please include detail on: • the intended geographical locations and how this will enable organisations from all 21 CPAs to participate in the proposed workshops. • the process for registration and selection of those VCSE organisations expected to attend • how workshop material (e.g. e-methods) will be disseminated to those organisations not able to attend. (Word limit 500 words) ACEVO Workshops 1, 3 and 4 (Information on the reforms, Unit Costs and Impact Measurement and Negotiation Skills) will be held at regional level. Workshops will take place in 10 regions (i.e. 3x10 workshops, 30 in total): Wales (Cardiff), South West (Exeter), London, South East (Brighton/Maidstone), East England (Cambridge), East Midlands (Nottingham), West Midlands (Birmingham), Yorkshire & Humberside (York), North East (Newcastle), and North West (Manchester). Information workshops will be open to all interested VCSE organisations. Workshops 3 and 4 will be open to those organisations with an informed view of the opportunities available through the reform (e.g. attended Information workshops, completed the Self- assessment Checklist or reviewed project materials online). Workshop 2, Networking, will be held at CPA level, with a workshop held in each CPA as defined in ‘A Strategy for Reform’ (21 workshops), and will be targeted at organisations based within or intending to deliver services within each CPA. Workshop 5, TUPE and Pensions, will be held at pan-regional level, as these will have the lowest demand, being targeted only at organisations prepared to accept TUPE transfer and with in-principle agreement of subcontracts. Six workshops will be held in Bristol, London (x2), Birmingham, York and Manchester. At this stage in the competition process (weeks 9 -10 of ItT stage), organisations will be highly engaged, and willing to travel slightly further for in-depth support. We will work with MoJ to develop appropriate eligibility criteria for workshops 3, 4 and 5 which provide more targeted interventions. Locations have been selected based on strong public transport links and accessibility and duplicate those used by MoJ for previous events. We will ensure venues accommodate a full range of access needs and are compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act.   • Establishment and Maintenance of Records GRANTEE shall maintain records, including but not limited to, books, financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, personnel, property, and all other pertinent records sufficient to reflect properly:

  • Record Maintenance and Retention A. Grantee shall keep and maintain under GAAP or GASB, as applicable, full, true, and complete records necessary to fully disclose to the System Agency, the Texas State Auditor’s Office, the United States Government, and their authorized representatives sufficient information to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement and all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes.

  • Evidence of Coverage The Contractor shall, upon request by DSHS, submit a copy of the Certificate of Insurance, policy, and additional insured endorsement for each coverage required of the Contractor under this Contract. The Certificate of Insurance shall identify the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as the Certificate Holder. A duly authorized representative of each insurer, showing compliance with the insurance requirements specified in this Contract, shall execute each Certificate of Insurance. The Contractor shall maintain copies of Certificates of Insurance, policies, and additional insured endorsements for each subcontractor as evidence that each subcontractor maintains insurance as required by the Contract.

  • Evidence of Compliance Each Restricted Person will furnish to each Lender at such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

  • Record Maintenance The Service Provider shall maintain, and require any third parties with which it contracts to maintain with respect to the Fund’s shareholders holding the Fund’s shares in a Service Provider account (“Customers”) the following records:

  • Required Evidence of Insurance i. Copy of the additional insured endorsement or policy language granting additional insured status; and

  • Maintenance of Coverage Consultant shall not cancel, assign, or change any policy of insurance required by this agreement or engage in any act or omission that will cause its insurer to cancel any insurance policy required by this agreement except after providing 30 days prior notice to the City. If an insurance policy required by this agreement is unilaterally cancelled or changed by the insurer, Consultant shall immediately provide written notice to the City and obtain substitute insurance meeting the requirements of this agreement. Nothing in this paragraph relieves Consultant of its obligation to maintain all insurance required by this agreement at all times during the term of the agreement.

  • Verification of Coverage Prior to beginning any work under this Agreement, Consultant shall furnish City with certificates of insurance and with original endorsements effecting coverage required herein. The certificates and endorsements for each insurance policy are to be signed by a person authorized by that insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies at any time.

  • Records Maintenance and Access Grantee must maintain all financial records relating to this Grant in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, Grantee must maintain any other records, whether in paper, electronic or other form, pertinent to this Grant in such a manner as to clearly document Grantee’s performance. All financial records and other records, whether in paper, electronic or other form, that are pertinent to this Grant, are collectively referred to as “Records.” Grantee acknowledges and agrees Agency and the Oregon Secretary of State's Office and the federal government and their duly authorized representatives will have access to all Records to perform examinations and audits and make excerpts and transcripts. Grantee must retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of six (6) years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, following termination of this Grant, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Grant, whichever date is later.
