PLEDGE AGAINST DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree not to interfere with the desire of any employee to become, remain, or refrain from becoming a member of the Union, or restrain or coerce employees in the exercise of the rights guaranteed in Ohio Rev. Code Chapter 4117. Neither the Employer nor the Union shall discriminate against an employee on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation or age as defined by law.
