Common use of Pledge Against Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Pledge Against Discrimination. SECTION 1. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied to all employees in the bargaining unit ensuring that Employees of the County will be employed in the public service without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, ancestry, marital status or political opinions or affiliation. Both parties equally share responsibility for the application of this Article of the Agreement.

Pledge Against Discrimination.
