Pledge Against Discrimination. SECTION 3.1 The provisions of the Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, union affiliation, religious affiliation or political affiliation. DCCA shall share equally with the County the responsibility for applying this provision of the Agreement.
