Plumbing and Drainage Cover. What’s covered All repairs to the plumbing system on your property, for example: • Your hot and cold water pipes between your internal stopcock up to, and including your tap connectors and garden taps and the flexible pipes to your kitchen appliances; • Toilet siphons, isolation and ball valves • A replacement of parts that we can’t repair. • Unblocking drains to restore flow • Repairing drains where we deem the drain to be unserviceable to restore flow • Repairing leaks to waste water pipes and soil and vent pipes • A replacement of parts that we can’t repair What’s not covered • your water supply pipe from the boundary of your property to your home • Rainwater guttering and down pipes, manholes and their covers, soakaways, septic tanks, cesspits, drainage pumps, treatment plants and macerators and their outflow pipes • Cleaning and descaling your drains • Shared drains • Showers and their parts, shower pumps, sanitary ware, spa baths, seals and grouting • Radiators • Any parts that are designed to boost your mains water pressure • Water softeners, water filters and waste disposal units and taps that deliver boiling or filtered water • Water pipes between your home and any detached outbuildings on your property • Swimming pools, fountains, ponds or water features, garden irrigation systems, free standing garden taps and the water pipes running to or from them • Rainwater pipes and guttering • Frozen pipes that need defrosting where there is no other damage • Any water supply pipe that doesn’t supply your home • Water meters • Plumbing in your outbuildings if the supply is provided by a separate mains connection than to your home • Repair and/or maintenance of devices fitted to your plumbing system that are designed to assist in the detection of leaks

  • System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Preservation, Maintenance, and Protection of the Property Inspections. Borrower will not destroy, damage, or impair the Property, allow the Property to deteriorate, or commit waste on the Property. Whether or not Borrower is residing in the Property, Borrower must maintain the Property in order to prevent the Property from deteriorating or decreasing in value due to its condition. Unless Lender determines pursuant to Section 5 that repair or restoration is not economically feasible, Borrower will promptly repair the Property if damaged to avoid further deterioration or damage. If insurance or condemnation proceeds are paid to Lender in connection with damage to, or the taking of, the Property, Borrower will be responsible for repairing or restoring the Property only if Xxxxxx has released proceeds for such purposes. Lender may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restoration in a single payment or in a series of progress payments as the work is completed, depending on the size of the repair or restoration, the terms of the repair agreement, and whether Borrower is in Default on the Loan. Lender may make such disbursements directly to Borrower, to the person repairing or restoring the Property, or payable jointly to both. If the insurance or condemnation proceeds are not sufficient to repair or restore the Property, Borrower remains obligated to complete such repair or restoration. Lender may make reasonable entries upon and inspections of the Property. If Lender has reasonable cause, Xxxxxx may inspect the interior of the improvements on the Property. Lender will give Borrower notice at the time of or prior to such an interior inspection specifying such reasonable cause.

  • Provisioning of Line Sharing and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide ONS with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.
