Police Uniforms. 13.10.1 The uniforms, equipment, identification badges, emblems and cards required to be worn by the unit member shall be a District expense. Uniform, accessories and related equipment are required to be worn while on duty; exceptions are subject to the express consent of the Chief of Police. 13.10.2 The District agrees to provide the following uniform and equipment items for a Sergeant prior to his/her starting date of employment: Uniform items: (current value: $1,000) a.
