Minor and Administrative Errors A Competent Authority shall notify the Competent Authority of the other Party when the first-mentioned Competent Authority has reason to believe that administrative errors or other minor errors may have led to incorrect or incomplete information reporting or resulted in other infringements of this Agreement. The Competent Authority of such other Party shall apply its domestic law (including applicable penalties) to obtain corrected and/or complete information or to resolve other infringements of this Agreement.
Management and Administration Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be managed and administered by the Parties, Members, and State Consumer Advocates through the Members Committee and the Reliability Committee as a Standing Committee thereof, except as delegated to the Office of the Interconnection and except that only the PJM Board shall have the authority to approve and authorize the filing of amendments to this Agreement with the FERC. Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).
Travel Accident Insurance We agree to provide you with Travel Accident Insurance at no direct cost to you. You, your spouse and unmarried dependent children will be automatically insured against accidental bodily injuries or death while riding in any aircraft or land or water conveyance operated by a common carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire provided the full travel fare(s) has been charged to your Account. Death benefits will be paid to the estate of the insured; all other benefits will be paid to the insured. This insurance is subject to cancellation without prior notice. You understand and agree that the Certificate of Insurance controls all insurance terms and conditions to the exclusion of any statements made in this Agreement regarding limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.
General Requirements and Administration 2.1 The DEVELOPER agrees that the Property shall be developed and used only in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
COST PRINCIPLES AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS A. CONSULTANT agrees that the Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, 48 CFR, Federal Acquisition Regulations System, Chapter 1, Part 31.000 et seq., shall be used to determine the cost allowability of individual items.
Paid Administrative Leave After notifying the Association, an Appointing Authority may place a supervisor on administrative leave for a period not to exceed two (2) weeks. The Commissioner of Minnesota Management & Budget may authorize the leave to be extended for a period not greater than another thirty (30) calendar days.
Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS.
Technology Errors and Omissions The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Technology Errors and Omissions Insurance for claims for damages arising from computer related services including, but not limited to, the following: consulting, data processing, programming, system integration, software development, installation, distribution or maintenance, systems analysis or design, training, staffing or other support services, any electronic equipment, computer software developed, manufactured, distributed, licensed, marketed or sold. If the policy is written on a claims made basis, Contractor must provide to OGS proof that the policy provides the option to purchase an Extended Reporting Period (“tail coverage”) providing coverage for no less than one (1) year after work is completed in the event that coverage is cancelled or not renewed. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable.
Air Travel Insurance (a) In the event of death or disability incurred while travelling by commercial aircraft on business of the Employer, regular and auxiliary employees will be covered by the terms and conditions of the Employer blanket insurance policy.
