Policy Development. In compliance with The Saskatchewan Employment Act, the Employer will ensure a policy is developed, in consultation with the union, to address violence and harassment, including prevention, management, reduction of causal factors and provision of support to the Employees subjected to either. The definition of violence and harassment within the policy may be expanded beyond the above definitions. The above mentioned policy shall be made accessible to all Employees.
