Policy Development. a. The Joint Board/Association Professional Development Committee shall be responsible for the development of recommendations to the Board for professional development policy. The Joint Committee shall consider recommendations of the Association's Professional Development Committee and the Board's Education Committee. b. The Joint Board/Association Professional Development Committee shall be comprised of three Association appointees and three Board appointees.
