Common use of Policy Development Clause in Contracts

Policy Development. The receiving area will provide information to assist administrative support areas in developing and implementing programs and policies related to programs and services provided by the receiving area that will benefit Texans receiving health and human services. As needed, in coordination with administrative support area staff, the receiving area will develop operational policies and procedures for staff to follow, including, as appropriate, providing policies that set expectations and define the roles and responsibilities between and among receiving area staff and administrative support area staff.
