Political Events. Any of the following events shall constitute Political Event:
(a) Change in Law for which no relief is provided under the provisions of Article 13, resulting in Material Adverse Effect;
(b) action of a Government Authority having Material Adverse Effect including but not limited to (i) acts of expropriation, compulsory acquisition or takeover by any Government Authority of the Project/Project Facilities and Services or any part thereof or of the Concessionaire’s or the Contractor’s rights under any of the Project Contracts, and (ii) any unlawful, unauthorized or without jurisdiction refusal to issue or to renew or the revocation of any Applicable Permits, in each case, for reasons other than the Concessionaire’s or the Contractor’s breach or failure in complying with the Scope of Work , Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, any judgment or order of a Governmental Agency of any contract by which the Concessionaire or the Contractor as the case may be is bound;
(c) early determination of this Agreement by the Concessioning Authority for reasons of national emergency, national security or the public interest;
(d) any failure or delay of a Contractor caused by any of the aforementioned Political Events, for which no offsetting compensation is payable to the Concessionaire by or on behalf of the Contractor; or
(e) any event or circumstance of a nature analogous to any of the foregoing.
Political Events. Change in Law, other than any Change in Law for which relief is provided under this Agreement;
Political Events. A Political Event shall mean one or more of the following acts or events by or on account of any Authority Instrumentality:
a. an act of war (whether declared or undeclared), invasion, armed conflict or act of foreign enemy, blockade, embargo, riot, insurrection, terrorist or military action, civil commotion or politically motivated sabotage;
b. industry-wide strikes for a continuous period of 48 (forty eight) hours and exceeding an aggregate period of 14 (fourteen) days in an Accounting Year;
c. any Political Event that causes a Non-Political Event;
d. change in Law, only if consequences thereof cannot be dealt with under and in accordance with the provisions of Article 25;
e. compulsory acquisition in national interest or expropriation of the Project or rights of the Operator;
f. unlawful or unauthorized or without jurisdiction revocation of or refusal to renew or grant without valid cause, any clearance, license, permit, authorization, no objection certificate, consent, approval or exemption required by Operator to perform their respective obligations under this Contract; provided that such delay, modification, denial, refusal or revocation did not result from Operator’s inability or failure to comply with any condition relating to grant, maintenance or renewal of such clearance, license, authorization, no objection certificate, exemption, consent, approval or permit;
g. any event or circumstance of a nature analogous to any of the foregoing.
Political Events. Any of the following events shall constitute Political Event:
Political Events. Any of the following events which prevent the Affected Party from performing any of its obligations for a continuous period of not less than 7 (seven) Days from the date of its occurrence, shall constitute a Non-Political Event:

(ii) Expropriation or compulsory acquisition by any Competent Authority of the Project or part thereof or rights of the Developer relating thereto; provided the same has not resulted from an act or default of the Developer or any Person claiming through or under it.
(iii) Any unlawful or unauthorized or without jurisdiction revocation of, or refusal to renew or grant without valid cause any Clearance required by the Developer or any of the Subcontractors to perform their respective obligations hereunder (other than a consent the obtaining of which is condition precedent) provided that such delay, modification, denial, refusal or revocation did not result from the Developer¶V RU DQ\ 6X1E) FinaRbQilitWy oUr DfaFiluWreRtoUc¶omVply with any condition relating to grant, maintenance or renewal of such consents or permits; or (2) breach or failure in complying with the provisions hereof, including the Developmental Standards, the Applicable Laws, the terms of Clearances, any judgement or order or Directive of any Competent Authority or of any contract to which the Developer or such Subcontractor, as the case may be, is bound.

Political Events. In no event, including the negligent act or omission on its part, shall InsITe, whether under this Agreement, a SOW, other Work Order or otherwise in connection with any of them, be liable to Client for breach of contract, tort, liability to a third party, breach of statutory duty or other cause of action, or for any direct, indirect or consequential losses or expenses, including without limitation loss of anticipated profits, company shut-down, third-party loss or injury, any loss because of data breach, any loss of personally identifiable or protected information, goodwill, use, market reputation, business receipts or contracts or commercial opportunities, whether or not foreseeable, if such loss was the result of or arose from any act of terrorism, strike or similar labor action, pandemic, executive order, public health crisis, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, civil commotion assuming the proportions of or amounting to an uprising, or any action taken in controlling, preventing or suppressing any of these things, including any such act or series of acts of any person or group(s) or persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organization(s), committed for political, religious or ideological purposes including but not limited to the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public in fear for such purposes by using activities perpetrated electronically that are directed towards the destruction, disruption or subversion of communication and information systems, infrastructure, computers, telecommunications or electronic networks and/or its content thereof or sabotage and or threat therefrom. InsITe agrees to have in place, and follow, an emergency preparedness plan.
