PORTABILITY OF BENEFITS. 14.01 A Resident who is on an educational rotation approved by the Program Director shall be entitled to portability of benefits specified below among Employers in which PAR-BC is certified as bargaining agent, or any other Employer mutually agreed upon by the parties to this Agreement.
