Position Changes. When Human Resources becomes aware of one of the following actions, the Director of Human Resources, or designee, will provide written notification to PSE: A. Holding a position in the bargaining unit vacant; B. Reallocation of a bargaining unit position to a lower classification; or C. Removal of a position from the bargaining unit.
