Position Limit. The Position Limit for the $1 referred Contract shall be $25,000 per Member. Last Trading Date: The Last Trading Date of the Contract will be the sooner of the date of the first 10:00 AM ET following the occurrence of an event that is encompassed in the Payout Criterion (whereupon the Last Trading Time will be 10:00 AM ET) or <date> (whereupon the Last Trading Time will be 11:59 PM ET).
Position Limit. During the term of this Agreement, the Customer undertakes to maintain on the Derivatives Trading Account the number of Positions lower than the Position Limit as provided by MBKE’s regulations from time to time in accordance with the applicable laws and the relevant regulations of VSD.

Position Limit. 13.1 The Client acknowledges that for any instruction given for buying or selling Exchange Contract or (as the case may be) execution of such instruction, the Client shall observe and comply with the Trading Limit. If the Trading Limit is exceeded, EAFT may decline such instruction and/or shall have the right to do any act to close the open position of the transaction in question.
