Position of 12 month clerical. For early dismissal, the position of 12 month clerical shall be allowed to leave early on such days if there are no job duties and responsibilities assigned to them. In such case, the 12 month clerical will be paid for the full shift, notwithstanding the provision of B.3. above. For a 2-hour delayed opening, the position of 12 month clerical shall be required to come in on a 2-hour delayed schedule and work the full shift. In such case, the 12 month clerical will be paid for the full shift. For a 3-hour delayed opening, the position of 12 month clerical shall be required to come in on a 2-hour delayed schedule and work the full shift. In such case, the 12 month clerical will be paid for the full shift. For a school closing, the position of 12 month clerical shall be required to come in on a 2-hour delayed schedule and work the full shift. In such case, the 12 month clerical will be paid for the full shift. The 12 month clerical may use personal or vacation time for the full day.

  • Your Rights and Our Responsibilities After We Receive Your Written Notice We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including FINANCE CHARGES, and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. However, if our explanation does not satisfy you and you write to us within 10 days telling us that you still refuse to pay, we must tell anyone we report you to that you have a question about your statement. And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50.00 of the questioned amount, even if your statement was correct.

  • Rate of Pay on Appointment from Layoff List When an individual is appointed from a layoff list to a position in the same class in which the person was previously employed, the person shall be paid at the same salary step at which such employee was being paid at the time of layoff.
