Position on Temporary Basis. A work activity undertaken by a Staff Member performing the duties of: Replacing another Staff Member for a temporary period a vacant position for which the University has made a definite decision to fill and has recruitment action in progress; or a position the normal occupant of which is performing higher duties; until a person is engaged for the vacant position or the vacant higher duties position, as applicable.

  • STATUS OF TEMPORARY ORDERS All temporary orders previously rendered by the court in the pending dissolution action of the Couple shall be deemed fully satisfied as to those acts whose performance was required on or before the effective date of this Agreement and shall be deemed superseded by this Agreement as to those acts whose performance was not required.

When bridges and culverts are re- moved, associated fills shall also be removed to the ex- tent necessary to permit normal maximum flow of water.
