Pay on Temporary Assignment. An employee temporarily assigned by the Employer to a position with a rate of pay lower than her regular rate of pay shall maintain her regular rate of pay.
Pay on Temporary Assignment. A regular team member temporarily assigned for a period of six months or less, to a position with a rate of pay lower than their regular rate of pay shall maintain their regular rate of pay.
Pay on Temporary Assignment. An employee temporarily assigned by the Employer to a position with a rate of pay lower than his/her rate of pay shall maintain his/her regular rate of pay. The parties agree that the Xxxx II shall receive the Dietary Aide rate of pay when working as a Dietary Aide.
Pay on Temporary Assignment. Where the temporary assignment extends beyond three (3) months, the employee shall be paid the appropriate rate of pay for the job being performed.

Pay on Temporary Assignment. Temporary positional changes shall not be reason for reduction in hourly rate normally paid employees. Demotion of staff to a lesser or other position may not be done without just and stated cause. Where there is a permanent change of classification, the length of the employee's service shall apply in determining the applicable wage rate in the newly assigned classification.
Pay on Temporary Assignment.
(a) When an employee temporarily relieves in a higher paying position included in this agreement for which the basic rate of pay is established, they will receive the rate for the job. When an employee temporarily relieves in a higher paying position, they will receive the rate in the salary range which is next higher to their present rate.
(b) Where an employee within the bargaining unit is temporarily assigned to duties of a management position which is excluded from the bargaining unit the employee will not be eligible to receive lead hand premiums. When the Employer is assigning such positions, the Employer will ensure consideration is given to current employees.
(c) An employee temporarily assigned by the Employer to a position with a rate of pay lower than their rate of pay will maintain their regular rate of pay.
Pay on Temporary Assignment. A regular employee temporarily assigned by TSSI to a position with a rate of pay lower than their regular rate of pay shall maintain their regular rate of pay.
Pay on Temporary Assignment. An employee temporarily assigned by the Employer to a position with a rate of pay lower than her regular rate of pay shall maintain her regular rate of pay. Substitution Pay into an Excluded Position When an employee, at the request of the Employer, substitutes in or performs the principal duties as defined in the job description of an excluded position for a period up to two consecutive shifts or more, they shall receive the minimum rate of the salary range which is the closest step to 8% above their current rate, whichever is greater, but not more than the top of the salary range. The Employee shall remain in the bargaining unit for the duration of the assignment.
Pay on Temporary Assignment. When an Employee is assigned in writing by the Plant Operations Coordinator to temporarily relieve in a higher paying position, the Employee shall receive the rate of pay and premiums for the job for all hours so worked. Temporary assignments shall be no longer than ninety (90) days. When an Employee is assigned to a position paying a lower rate, the Employee’s rate of pay shall not be reduced. The Employer agrees that temporary appointments shall normally be done in order of seniority, therefore; in schools or facilities with two or more caretakers, including the Head Caretaker, and during any absence of the Head Caretaker and where the Plant Operations Coordinator deems necessary to replace the Head Caretaker, the appointment shall be from the next most senior qualified Caretaker.
