Post Award Conference (PAC)/Periodic Progress Meetings. The Contractor shall attend any Post Award Conference (PAC) convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office IAW FAR Subpart 42.5. The KO, COR, DCMA-QAR and other Government personnel, as appropriate, may meet periodically with the Contractor to review the Contractor's performance. At these meetings, the KO will apprise the Contractor of how the Government views the Contractor's performance and the Contractor will apprise the Government of problems, if any, being experienced. Appropriate action shall be taken to resolve outstanding issues. These meetings shall be at no additional cost to the Government. 2.8.2.1 The Government shall coordinate, schedule and conduct a PAC. The Government anticipates this conference to be conducted within twenty (20) calendar days of contract award. The purpose of the conference shall be discussion of project orientation, transfer of background information, to provide a mutual understanding of the technical requirements/contractual requirements and the QA provisions of the contract. The Contractor shall ensure that all personnel, and Subcontractors, required for a discussion of the contract effort be in attendance. Scheduling of the post award conference shall not change the delivery schedule of the contract. The Contractor shall be prepared to:  Conduct a review of the system requirements to ensure that they have been completely and properly identified and that there is a mutual understanding of the system requirements between the Government and the Contractor.  Conduct a preliminary review of the design concept to verify its capability to meet the PD.  Make available to Government representative(s) the documentation for production planning, manufacturing methods and controls, material and manpower resource allocation, production engineering, quality control and assurance program, production management organization, and controls over Subcontractors and Suppliers. Identification of all Subcontractor and Supplier by location and manufacturing function/raw materials, etc. Identification of all critical processes.  Review and clarify all contract requirements: the data deliverables, and verification/provisioning conference dates.  Review the overall tasks and schedule required to execute the contract within the schedule constraints set forth by the Government.   • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Church Conference Vote At least two-thirds (2/3) of the professing members present at a church conference of the Local Church must vote to disaffiliate from The United Methodist Church “for reasons of conscience regarding a change in the requirements and provisions of the Book of Discipline related to the practice of homosexuality or the ordination or marriage of self-avowed practicing homosexuals as resolved and adopted by the 2019 General Conference, or the actions or inactions of its annual conference related to these issues which follow.” Local Church shall provide documentation, to the satisfaction of Annual Conference, which evidences the result of the disaffiliation vote taken at the church conference. Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.

  • Quarterly Conference Calls The purpose of this contact will be to obtain a greater understanding of the performance of the Portfolio, the reasons for that performance, and to gain valuable insights into the Portfolio provided by the manager.

  • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.

  • Periodic Meetings As reasonably required by Owner, Manager and other personnel engaged or involved in the management and operation of the Properties shall meet to discuss the historical results of operations and to consider deviations from budget.

  • Quarterly Meetings At Landlord's request, Tenant shall make the Tenant's property management team and the executive officers of Tenant's general partner available to meet with Landlord on a quarterly basis to discuss the Reserve Estimate, the annual budgets and any other items related to the operation of the Facility, which Landlord wishes to discuss. Tenant agrees to give good faith consideration to any suggestions or requests that Landlord may have.

  • Petition for Annual Conference Session The Local Church acknowledges that pursuant to the governing standing rules of the Annual Conference, petitions for consideration of the legislative body must be submitted to the Secretary of the Annual Conference on or before April 1 of the current Annual Conference year. The Annual Conference will make reasonable efforts to assist the Local Church in completing the required petition, which will include this Disaffiliation Agreement as an attachment thereto making it subject to public review. If the petition is not filed in a timely manner, the Parties will make good faith efforts under the standing rules of the Annual Conference to cooperate to bring the petition to the legislative floor for consideration by appropriate motions to suspend the standing rules for the purposes of considering the petition.
