Post-Construction Inspections. SBC TEXAS, at CLEC’s expense, may conduct a post-construction inspection of CLEC’s attachment to SBC TEXAS’ poles, conduits or rights-of-way for the purpose of determining the conformance of the attachments to the occupancy permit. SBC TEXAS will provide CLEC advance written notice of proposed date and time of the post-construction inspection. CLEC may accompany SBC TEXAS on the post-construction inspection.

Post-Construction Inspections. SBC NEVADA, at AT&T’s expense, may conduct a post-construction inspection of AT&T’s attachment to SBC NEVADA’s poles, conduits or rights-of-way for the purpose of determining the conformance of the attachments to the occupancy permit. SBC NEVADA will provide AT&T advance written notice of proposed date and time of the post-construction inspection. AT&T may accompany SBC NEVADA on the post-construction inspection.
Post-Construction Inspections. SBC-13STATE will, at the Attaching Party’s expense, conduct a post- construction inspection of the Attaching Party’s attachment of facilities to SBC-13STATE’s Structures for the purpose of determining the conformance of the attachments to the occupancy permit. SBC-13STATE will provide the Attaching Party advance written notice of proposed date and time of the post-construction inspection. The Attaching Party may accompany SBC-13STATE on the post-construction inspection.
