Post-Delivery Services. Dealer shall perform all required post-delivery inspections and adjustments to Products as prescribed by instructions and procedures provided by Case from time to time or as stated in the DOG.
Post-Delivery Services. Supplier shall provide Post-Delivery Services, which consist of storage, preparation for shipment, yard management, facilitation of Vehicle loading onto carriers for delivery, and delivery to the designated carrier of the Vehicles, in accordance with the commercially reasonable Post-Delivery Services specifications provided by Company. Upon Company’s acceptance of a Vehicle, Supplier’s possession thereof, and during the performance of the Post-Delivery Services, shall be deemed a bailment. Supplier shall bear the risk of loss of and damage to such Vehicle until such time as the Vehicle is delivered to the carrier arranged by Company; provided, however, that in the event the Vehicle is not transported from the Manufacturing Plant within 10 days after Company’s acceptance thereof, the bailment shall end, and the risk of loss of and damage to such Vehicle shall transfer to Company as of such date.

Post-Delivery Services. (a) On sale of the Product to the End Customer, Flipkart shall inform the Supplier of such sale. On the intimation being received by the Supplier from Flipkart, the Supplier shall immediately perform all the services, at its sole cost, with respect to installation and performing demonstration of the Products to such End Customer at the location specified by them. Flipkart upon being intimated by third-party resellers of any additional service request from an End Customer, shall inform the Supplier regarding the same and Supplier shall forthwith perform the requisite services, at its own or such End Customer’s cost, in the manner agreed to between the Parties, depending upon the nature of the service requested for and the warranty coverage of the same.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • New Services (a) From time to time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may request the other Party to provide additional or different services which such other Party is not expressly obligated to provide under this Agreement (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Additional Services or Service Increases, the “New Services”). The Party receiving such request shall consider such request in good faith; provided, however, that no Party shall be obligated to provide any New Services, including because, after negotiations between the Parties pursuant to Section 2.04(b), the Parties fail to reach an agreement with respect to the terms (including the Service Charges) applicable to the provision of such New Services.
