Nature of the Service. 1.1 The SERVICES hosted by RxScan may consist of web based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications assisting in; inventory management, e-commerce of medications and supplies, DSCSA Xxxxxx II medication track and trace information, etc. It may also include other services, software or consultation as may be added from time to time.
Nature of the Service. 5.1 Under this Specification, the nature of a Day Opportunity is the provision of services away from the Service User’s home during waking hours.
5.2 Day Opportunities are about providing opportunities for people to learn new skills through further and adult education, spending time with friends and most important of all the chance to get a real job. This also includes taking part in a wide range of social and leisure activities that do not necessarily need to be undertaken within a day centre setting.
5.3 Day Opportunities need to reflect the future need of people who use services, ensuring that there is increases in the real choices people have over how they spend their days. There should be an agreement about how to achieve the outcomes disabled people have identified; making sure the right support is in place at the right time.
Nature of the Service. Elevate Coworking & Business Network is a coworking office community and event venue providing membership options including mail service, use of premises (see 2. Premises) for daily coworking, seminar, workshop and meeting space use by reservation plus common area and infrastructure privileges. Elevate Coworking provides to its members benefits such as but not exclusive to: space use for daily coworking (open- format office space), client meetings, seminars and workshops; shared infrastructure including WiFi, mail service and low-volume printer. Elevate Coworking also provides certain space (facilities) use to the public.
Nature of the Service. The Bailiff (referred to as Xxxxxx in the schedules) must supply the necessary administrative and financial controls and support to ensure an efficient and effective service.
Nature of the Service. You are consulting with Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, a Marriage and Family Therapist for treatment intended to improve your relationships and your quality of life. There can be many benefits to psychotherapy; the resolution of difficulties, a greater sense of happiness, and more satisfying relationships. The therapeutic experience can also lead to intense emotions both in and out of the therapeutic setting. Success in therapy may come when the client and therapist are well matched, and together they face the goals of treatment. However, some people do not benefit from the therapeutic process. In this case, treatment is not a guarantee of any desired outcome.

Nature of the Service. 3.2.1 The purpose of the telephone advice is to give practical advice and guidance on matters covered in the relevant Memo, and to clarify the Subscriber’s understanding of the Memo.
3.2.2 The advice is provided in collaboration with the Service Provider, by experienced advisors who arequalifiedbymeansofprofessionalqualificationand/orappropriaterelevantexperienceinthe subject matter, and is based upon current legislation, to the best of their knowledge. The advisors operate in a regulated environment, and are subject to the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. Advice is given on the understanding that neither the individual advisors nor Indicator - FL Memo Ltd itself, nor the Service Provider are in business as a lawyer, legal consultant, or accountant or tax consultant.
3.2.3 Advice and guidance will be given in accordance with the advisors’ understanding of the circumstances as described by the Subscriber. The service does not extend to replies by email, or to written correspondence. However, if the advisor feels that it is appropriate, they may forward details of written procedures by email. The advice provided will be specific to the circumstances described by the Subscriber, but does not constitute consultancy or professional tax or legal advice. Whilst it will make every effort to ensure the advice is comprehensive and accurate, Indicator - FL Memo does not accept liability for errors or omissions in the advice given, or in the advisor’s understanding of the circumstances that the Subscriber describes.
3.2.4 The Service Provider will handle directly with the Subscriber any complaints and associated claims against Indicator - FL Memo Ltd for the provision of the Advice Line. In the event that such complaints and associated claims are upheld, the Service Provider will directly compensate the Subscriber.
3.2.5 Whilst customer confidentiality is respected, all calls are recorded and stored for training and quality control purposes.
3.2.6 Further services requestedbythe Subscriber maynot bepart the Advisory Service. Upon request of the Subscriber, practical guidance will be given that, if followed, may lead to the need for settlement of a claim. In such circumstances it will be made clear to the Subscriber that the actions may not necessarily be successfully defended in the event of a claim. Nature of the Service. 3.1 The Service contains functions to support the Customer in communicating and exchanging data with its End Customers. Valuecase provides the Service in order to enable the Customer, within the scope of the existing functions of the Service, to create individual web pages ("Spaces") for its End Customers and to personalize these by means of various contents. The description of the Service is described in Annex 1 (Description of the Service).
3.2 The Customer is aware of and agrees that the contractual use of the Service requires compliance with the current minimum technical requirements communicated by Valuecase from time to time and a sufficiently dimensioned Internet connection.
3.3 Valuecase may update the Service at any time, even without the separate consent of the Customer, and otherwise make reasonable changes, in particular to adapt it to a changed legal situation, technical developments or to improve IT security. In doing so, Valuecase will give due consideration to the legitimate interests of the Customer.
Nature of the Service. 4.1 Client agrees that the Service may include scanning and related analysis of Client's IT Systems, for which CyCognito may use various techniques and software tools, to which the Client hereby consents. Client acknowledges and agrees that CyCognito cannot and does not guarantee that the results of the Service will identify all security issues and vulnerabilities and correctly measure the overall security posture and quality of the Client IT Systems. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, CyCognito will not conduct a review to detect fraud or similar illegal acts nor identify, address or correct or offer services for the correction of any errors or defects in Client's IT Systems, other devices or components thereof. Receipt of the Service does not mean that the Client IT Systems are secure from every form of attack. To the extent required or deemed advisable by CyCognito and/or Client, Client will inform or confirm to third parties that CyCognito is conducting the Service with Client’s approval.
