It is understood that for work to be considered unscheduled, it must be reasonably possible for employees to determine their schedule in a way that meets the required deadline, and is within the bounds of Article Seniority: as defined in Article Conversion of Seniority for Component Second Language Teachers transferring between Term and Regular Sessional status {see Article (a) and be done on the basis of sixteen hundred (1600) hours worked equals one (1) year's service.
