Common use of Post-Probationary Members Clause in Contracts

Post-Probationary Members. i. Current post-probationary members, as of ratification of this agreement, will receive an initial performance review by June 30, 2017. ii. Members attaining post-probationary status after ratification of this agreement will receive an initial performance review within six months of attaining such status. iii. Subsequent performance reviews will be conducted no later than three years after the initial review, unless an earlier date is established by Department Supervision.
