Posting of Association Notices. The Association shall have the right to post notices of its activities and matters of Association concerns on bulletin boards. The Association may use the College mail service and mailboxes or email for communications to faculty members, including mass distribution. 0023 Association Business Duly authorized representatives who are members of the Association or their agents shall be permitted to transact official Association business on College property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal College operations.
