If the EMPLOYER does not abide by the employee foregoing or a part thereof, the ARTIST shall be exonerated for any lateness or missing of rehearsals occasioned thereby. The EMPLOYER shall use best efforts to notify the ARTISTS by telephone or in person within one-half (½) hour after curtain down on a performance day or Dress Rehearsal day and managementprior to 9:00 a.m. on a rehearsal day of any changes in rehearsal schedule for the following day. 14.4.7 Except where employees are hired 6.
