3. Rehearsals will be scheduled according to the following:
a. The Schedule will list the sequence of sections to be rehearsed.
b. A Run-Through must be listed on the schedule and shall include the cast performing the Run-Through.
c. A Run-Through may be stopped and started as necessary, so long as appropriate breaks are given.
d. Each cast will have at least one Run-Through without stopping prior to going to the theater. This is satisfied even if the Run-Through is stopped due to injury or due to a potential or actual safety issue (in the judgment of the Artistic Staff)
e. Rehearsal before and/or after the Run-Through may occur with appropriate breaks.
f. “To Be Announced” or “TBA” does not fulfill the requirement of posting a complete daily schedule with respect to any ARTIST or any Artistic Activity.
4. During a Performance Week, the information provided on the callboard closest to the stage shall override information provided on any other callboard.
5. If the EMPLOYER does not abide by the employee foregoing or a part thereof, the ARTIST shall be exonerated for any lateness or missing of rehearsals occasioned thereby. The EMPLOYER shall use best efforts to notify the ARTISTS by telephone or in person within one-half (½) hour after curtain down on a performance day or Dress Rehearsal day and managementprior to 9:00 a.m. on a rehearsal day of any changes in rehearsal schedule for the following day.
14.4.7 Except where employees are hired 6. If EMPLOYER seeks to work night shiftsalter the schedule, work schedules because of employees an early release from a rehearsal or a cancellation of a rehearsal, the request to alter shall be so arranged where possiblemade to a Delegate only. Each employee's work schedule for any week shall be posted as early as possible, but in no event later than 12:00 noon on the Wednesday immediately by two (2) Mondays prior to the week in questioncovered the work schedule. Posting of Schedules. Posting of Schedules. Each Schedules will be posted two (2) weeks in advance for six (6) weeks and will not be changed without the consent of both parties except in a case of emergency. All scheduling past practices either written or verbal will cease at ratification and 16.08 will apply with the addition of: Part-Time
a) Prescheduled employees covered by this Agreement shall not be regularly scheduled more than twenty-four (24) hours per week. However, such employees may be offered more work in any week, which the employee has the option of refusing. Refusal of such extra work will not prejudice the employee's schedule for any week shall status, and acceptance on an intermittent basis will not remove an employee from part-time status. After all employees have at least four reached forty-five (445) weekends off per broadcast quarterhours bi-weekly, all call-ins or extra shifts shall be offered to the most senior employee up to seventy-five (75) hours bi-weekly unless mutual agreement to alter this practice is agreed to otherwise by the employee upon and managementdocumented on a department specific basis.
14.4.7 Except where employees are hired f) The employer shall endeavour to schedule an employee off on a paid holiday falling on a Monday or Friday if the paid holiday is adjacent to a scheduled weekend off. Employees scheduled on the weekend adjacent to a paid holiday shall be scheduled to work night shifts, work schedules of employees shall be so arranged where possible, whereby no employee shall be required to work more than three (3) consecutive calendar weeks (15 working days) on the night shifts.
