Common use of Posting Clause in Contracts

Posting. i) Employers shall ensure that the internal selection procedure in the applicable local collective agreement has been concluded prior to job postings being listed on the system-wide registry. ii) Institutions will post on the Registry all employment opportunities of half-time or more and longer than three (3) months in duration that are available to applicants beyond those employed by the institution. iii) Postings will be removed from the registry one (1) week after the closing date. iv) Employers may elect to include job postings from institutions not covered by this Agreement. v) Unions, Employers and employees have the right to access the information on the system-wide registry.
