Posting. Where a permanent vacancy occurs in a classification within the bargaining unit or a new position within the bar- gaining unit is established by the Hospital, such vacancy shall be posted by the Hospital for a period of seven days exclud- ing Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Where a permanent vacancy occurs in a classification within the bargaining unit or a new position within the bar- gaining bargain- ing unit is established by the Hospital, such vacancy shall be posted by the Hospital for a period of seven days exclud- ing five (5) days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
