Potable Water and Wastewater. The Project shall be connected to the Town’s Potable Water and Sanitary Sewer system, prior to any Certificate of Occupancy being issued for any structure (except temporary construction uses) on the Project. Should the Town require extensions of the City Potable Water and Sanitary Sewer systems for future development a developer’s agreement shall be negotiated between the Town and the Owner/Developer. Such Utility Agreement may include prepayment of impact fees to aid expansion of facilities, reimbursement of offsite costs paid by the Owner/Developer by impact fee credits and/or cash reimbursement at the time of interconnections, if any and the installation of reuse lines for irrigation.

Potable Water and Wastewater. (a) Project Co will not, directly or indirectly, use potable water or wastewater services that are provided by a local municipal or regional government except as follows:

Re-use lines shall be installed for irrigation of single-family residential lots. Related to Potable Water and Wastewater

  • Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:

  • Air and Water Subrecipient agrees to comply with the following regulations in so far as they apply to the performance of this Contract: Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C., 1857, et seq.   • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Solid Waste Management General. The Airport is required by city ordinance to achieve a solid waste recycling rate of 75% by 2012 and 100% by 2020. Tenants are required to cooperate with the Airport to maximize the rate of solid waste recycling and source separation. Airport’s Work. The Airport will supply specially designed solid waste containers for depositing paper, bottles and cans, and general trash in the public areas of the terminal including Tenant public areas. The Airport will provide waste containers for public disposal of food waste and compostable serviceware in the vicinity of Food and Beverage leaseholds. Tenant’s Work. Tenants are required to collect the solid waste generated in back offices in containers designated for paper, bottles& cans, and general trash and deposit the content of each container in the designated bins at collection areas. All Food and Beverage Concessions are required to collect food waste and compostable serviceware in separate containers and deposit the contents in designated compostable materials bins at collection areas.

  • Electrical Safety Only UL approved items are permitted in Housing & Residence Life. Extension and multi-use cords must be heavy duty, single plug, and be UL approved. Altering or adapting electrical outlets and equipment and overloading circuits jeopardize safety and thus are not permitted.
