Power Service. A. Responsibility of the CONTRACTOR -The CONTRACTOR shall prepare the site for electrical service as shown by power utility, including any power service installation drawings and as shown on the project drawings. Where conflict occurs, contact the Engineer. Furnish and install all equipment required to complete the work as shown and in compliance with all requirements of the power utility.

Power Service. For any 365 operated and controlled Colocation License, 365 will at all times provide Customer access to power on each purchased circuit up to 365’s stated maximum operating load for that circuit. 365 guarantees 100% uptime of power, provided Customer subscribes to primary and redundant circuits. Customer is responsible to ensure connections and cabling of these circuits to support redundancy within Customer’s licensed area. If 365 fails to do so, Customer shall receive one full Service Credit for the affected circuit, for each hour or fraction during which power is not available on that circuit. Further, Customer shall have the right to terminate the affected Service, without penalty, if: (a) the sum total duration of interruptions of power service exceeds forty-eight (48) hours in any consecutive seven (7) day period, or (b) the number of power service interruptions for which Customer has received credit exceeds three (3) during the thirty (30) day period immediately prior to the most recent interruption. Power delivered to a single primary power circuit does not qualify for SLA credit.
Power Service. 56. BRUTELE’s liability will cover the main power supply until the main distribution board installed within the Co-Mingling Zone and till the end of the power cable provisioned till each Beneficiary’s fuse-box.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Career Services Placement assistance is not provided. It is understood that the School does not and cannot promise or guarantee neither employment nor level of income or wage rate to any Student or Graduate.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
